Environment and Conservation Fund “The Easy Climate-Friendly Diet” Exhibition

This exhibition, which focuses on the connections between food and climate change, encourages the community to achieve carbon neutrality in Hong Kong through low-carbon diets. It features the outcomes of a 24-month community engagement project, Environment and Conservation Fund “Easy Climate-Friendly Diet”, supported by the Environment and Conservation Fund of the HKSAR Government. It includes climate-friendly recipes created by 46 “Young Climate Chefs”, students from 10 participating secondary schools, and introduces the “Farm-to-Table Strategy” and principles for practising climate-friendly diet, with the aim of accelerating climate actions.
